1. Run Amethyst.
2. Click 'Settings'.
3. Click the 'Generate' button
in the 'Generate test error report data' section of the options window.
4. Restart Amethyst.
Click the 'Restart program' button in the 'Generate test error report data' section of the options window.
5. Click 'Send'
Once the program has restarted.
The program will attempt to connect to the DN server and send the error report.
6. Review the send status.
If the error report was sent with success the following window will be displayed (see below).
Click 'Finish' to close the program*.
* If 'Allow auto-scan to search for a solution to this problem' is checked, the program will scan the DN server for a solution before terminating.
7. Auto scan response.
If a solution for the problem you encountered is available, you will be notified and provided with a link with more information regarding the details of the issue.
When sending a test error report, you will be provided with a link to an
example problem support page.
